Main ‘take-aways’ from the perspective of the expert |
Both the Ukrainian ministry of education and the higher education leaders are willing to establish a Ukrainian national QA agency that will be compliant to the ESG and thus will become eligible to become a member of the European QA Register for Higher Education (EQAR). Due to the political situation in Ukraine since 2014 the Ukrainian higher education had very limited possibilities to properly implement the action lines of the Bologna process. At the seminar on 21-22 October, 2015 the leaders of the Ukrainian higher education however were informed about the implementation of the Bologna process in other countries, the achievements and failures. |
