Format of the activity: Seminar and training

 

Objectives of the activity:

  • Alignment of existing and new study-programmes to the Armenian Qualifications Framework highlighting learning and teaching perspectives.

 

Brief description of activities conducted:

  • Presentations
  • Group-work exercises
  • Group presentations
  • Discussions
  • Questions and answers
  • Consecutive translation from English into Armenian and vice versa.

 

Participants targeted: 

The seminar started with about 50participants. On the second day about 15 members of the university took part. Attendance' profiles:

  • HEREs
  • Armenian Accreditation Authority (ANQA)
  • Members of the Armenian Universities.
  • Members of the HERE-network
  • Members of the ERASMUS+ Office

 

Main take-aways:

  • Documented support to redesign or design study-programmes, respective curricula and syllabi including the writing of learning outcomes and their assessment, from the perspective of the Armenian Qualifications Framework and the consequences as regards the role of the teacher in learning and training.
  • Structure for programme and module handbooks
